Q. How will I know when my order arrives?
A. When you order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number shipping information. If you didn’t receive the email, check your email’s junk mail folder.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders will be processed and shipped in 2 business days or less. Regular orders are sent by USPS priority mail and should be received in another 3-5 business days. If you have not received your order within that time, use your tracking number and monitor whether your package info says it was delivered.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. At this time, shipping is free.

Q. What if my order is lost or damaged?
A. Contact us at: tellingstelling@gmail.com if your package was lost or damaged. Send us the name that the order is under, as well as your order confirmation number.

Q. Do you offer express shipping?
A. No. We do not offer express or express shipping at this time.

Q. Can I return items or exchange them?
A. Yes. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact. Within 3 days of receiving your shipment, send an email to: tellingstelling@gmail.com. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to be included with your returned merchandise. We must receive your completed (RMA) Form and returned item(s) within 7 days of us sending your (RMA) number and Form. Send us your return shipment tracking number so you have proof that we received your returned item. Then you can re-order your items.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. Only if your order has not shipped yet. If we can locate the item before the order ships, we may be able to adjust your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after an order has been processed and shipped.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Unfortunately Not. We do not offer International shipping at this time. We only ship to the 48 Continental United States.

Q. What are the forms of payment that you accept?
A. We accept Major Credit/ Debit Cards.

Q. Do you ship to Military bases?
A. Unfortunately Not. We do not ship to military bases at this time.
